1. Data controller
Tecomec Nordic AB is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Questions can be directed to info@tecomec.com.
2. What data we process
We only process the data you provide yourself when you contact us via our contact form: name, optional company, email address, optional phone number, selected business area and the content of your message. The website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track you.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To respond to and handle your enquiry — legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention
Data from the contact form is kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Data is never kept longer than necessary.
5. Recipients and third-party services
The contact form is handled on our own server and delivered as email directly to us — no form data passes through any external form service. Fonts are served from our own server, so no requests are made to Google Fonts. The only third-party service on the website is:
- Google Maps – the map on the contact page only loads after your consent and may then set Google cookies.
Some of these services may involve transfers of data to third countries, carried out with applicable safeguards.
6. Cookies
The website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. We only store your cookie choice locally in your browser (localStorage) so we can remember your preference. Embedded content such as Google Maps is loaded — and may set cookies — only after you give consent in the cookie notice.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, to object to or request restriction of processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, IMY (imy.se).
